It is actually Friday, last of the work week and all round top day. To celebrate this auspicious occasion, which happens but once a week, I’m kicking off the first in a series of Free Music Fridays where I’ll be giving away a quite excellent MP3 for literally no pence.

Now I know what some of you are thinking. “This is all very well and good Mark, but doesn’t Lauren Laverne already do this every day?” Well yes, she does. And do it very well she does. But I’ll have you know I was doing this all the way back in 2005 so I’ve clearly got dibs on the concept. And I’m sticking to that story.

That aside, this week’s free track is an absolute cracker, and entirely exclusive to Bitter Fingers because that’s just how we roll. Pete Lawrie’s wonderful new single All We Keep is getting released on 16th of August, and it’s being backed up by this floaty, bleepy and beautiful remix by producer type Alex Goose.

Pete’s got a voice and half and that really shines through in this mix – he’s going to be really rather large if there’s any justice in the world.
