Marina and the Diamonds – Oh No! (Youtube)

So after I gave this track a five star review in my recent Pile of Promos post, I knew the video wouldn’t be far away.

It’s a sort of comic book, pop art inspired video with all sorts of bright colours and on-screen graphics and boxes of cereal. It looks like it was pitched to Shampoo in the mid nineties but considered too garish even for them. It is brilliant.

Anyway, seeing as how I’ve already written about why it is amazing I won’t do that again here. Instead, I will highlight the things that are great about the video:
