Little Comets – Adultery

Little Comets – Adultery (Youtube)

The staccato, up and down vocals of singer Robert Coles are what hit you first  when you listen to Little Comets, but anyone who holds on is rewarded with a delicious slice of indie pop.

Shades of the Futureheads abound, and that’s a comparison that’s bound to be made more than once. The band have gained a reputation for playing their songs round city streets, trains, trams and also university lecture theatres to the surprise of the public, which is a nifty gimmick to have.

Heavily lauded by the music press, there’s bound to be more to come from this lot, but this track is good value for it’s lengt and might even put a smile on your face.
